It doesn’t seem that long ago when every major automaker in the industry had a minivan offering. Slowly but surely, however, many of those marques dropped out of the race to focus exclusively on SUVs as their large family vehicles. Frankly, those auto brands are missing out, as the Chrysler Pacifica minivan continues to prove just how fun and cool this segment of automobile has become.

In fact, the 2021 model year version of this minivan may just be the best iteration yet, as it has undergone a significant makeover that starts with a new exterior look that is sportier and more mainstream-looking than many customers in and around Chesapeake, VA may be used to seeing in a minivan. It has new exterior lighting elements, a new grille, new liftgate, and new wheel designs, all of which combine to make for a very attractive family automobile.

Another exciting improvement is that the 2021 Chrysler Pacifica will get all-wheel drive as an available option, while the hybrid drivetrain will be available in more trims.

Inside the minivan, there is a new 10.1-inch infotainment touchscreen with Amazon Alexa integration, a customizable home screen, and Apple CarPlay/Android Auto compatibility. With as many as 12 USB ports throughout the vehicle, there’s enough juice to keep everyone’s devices powered up, even on long road trips.

If you are interested in taking a closer look at the current Chrysler Pacifica, head on down to your new car dealer in Chesapeake, VA so a member of the Hall Chrysler Dodge Jeep® RAM sales team can you set up for a test drive. We expect the 2021 model to find its way to our dealership by the end of the year, but in the meantime, the 2020 model year version is available and excellent as well!

SUVs are great, but the minivan is still the king of family vehicles, especially when done as well as the Chrysler Pacifica.
